Comprehensive Space & Environmental Assessments 

The process begins with meeting the client, reviewing the space, actively listening to your desires and ideas, and developing a comprehensive understanding of how an individual or family operates in their environment. Through this engagement, an analysis and assessment of the space and environment are produced to set the stage for developing a client's vision forward. 


Bespoke Proposals & Look Books

Visual representation is used to bring a client's vision and our proposed solution to life through bespoke look books. These include a color palette, technical drawings, computer-generated renderings, program of works (timing and staging), and a mood/vision board (how to make your space reflect your own values and tastes).

Vendor Identification & Management 

We oversee and manage the vendor selection process as well as the work performed within the home. We ensure that no matter the task, everything is delivered on schedule and budget, and is executed to the highest calibre. 


Client-Vendor Liaison

Acting as the key point of contact between clients, vendors, and third-parties (realtors, permit providers, neighbors), our engagement process is designed to ensure all relevant and key information is communicated properly to all concerned. We know your time is precious, and our process allows you to make fully informed decisions and manage expectations, while minimizing your personal time spent on the project.
